Lots of blogs today… I’m playing catch up. EdWeek’s Teacher Magazine has an article out this week about creating young teacher leadership and asks the questions, “Can you prepare pre-service teachers with leadership skills before they actually enter their own classroom”? While the article focuses on undergraduate teacher development, there are questions about how this can be applied to the residency model as well.
